Starships are the ultimate determining factor for success or failure Imperium: Galactic War.
Named Ships are unique monikers for individual vessels, while Ship Classes are each Faction's employed version of the various ship types.
Every player starts the game with a Fighter, and are rewarded with a Corvette through completion of the opening tutorial.
More advanced ships require the player to conduct research in the Ship Lab.
